Your mail should contain the following information so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

• Your contact details
• A short but meaningful description of the problem
• Your measurement file - You can also use our file server. Please accept cookies to display the upload page.
• An image of your required diagram / formatting of your choice
• If you believe that an evaluation error has occurred, we would need more information about your measurement (test plan and data on the cell/electrode under investigation).

To enter feedback, bugs or to contact us you can alternatively simply use the corresponding button of the Batalyse Toolbar. Your email program will be started automatically and your input will be made more comfortable.
